按照福音生活就是抗拒自私。福音是宽恕与平安，是源自天主的爱。

Vivere il Vangelo è lottare contro l’egoismo. Il Vangelo è perdono e pace; è l’amore che viene da Dio.

To live according to the Gospel is to fight against selfishness. The Gospel is forgiveness and peace; it is love that comes from God.

Procurat quis Evangelium, nimio qui sui ipsius cultui repugnat. Indulgentiam parit Evangelium pacemque, quatenus id amor existat a Deo profectus.

Tutti noi abbiamo nel cuore qualche spazio di incredulità. Diciamo al Signore: Credo! Aiuta la mia incredulità.

We all have in our hearts some areas of unbelief. Let us say to the Lord: I believe! Help my unbelief.

La Chiesa nasce dal gesto supremo di amore della Croce, dal costato aperto di Gesù. La Chiesa è una famiglia in cui si ama e si è amati.

The Church is born from the supreme act of love on the Cross, from Jesus’ open side. The Church is a family where we love and are loved.

The whole of salvation history is the story of God looking for us: he offers us love and welcomes us with tenderness.
